Right To Roam and First Rain Impressive at Grafton

Apr 10, 2015

Striking Starcraft gelding Right To Roam did not keep his new owners waiting too long with the ex Victorian galloper delivering a win in his second start for the stable. The flashy chestnut made it look easy in the BM60 1400m at Grafton and is probably finding the softer tracks of Northern Nsw and alternate days on the water walker very much to his liking. The gelding is very much enjoying the country life and his lovely nature and manners make him a much welcome addition to our stable.

First Rain proved the step up in distance was all she wanted when smashing rivals by 2.3 lengths in the 2212m BM57. Ridden by Timothy Bell, the filly came frommid field to break away easily under very little pressure. Bell only had praise for the filly claiming that she was never in doubt and believed that she would make a true stayer in time.
