Scotty Be Gotti Runs Them Down

May 23, 2014

Spirits were high in the camp when Scotty Be Gotti stepped out and won at his first race start, the 1206m maiden at Grafton on the 23rd of May. Jockey Priscilla Schmidt settled Scotty back in the field and was patiently waiting to straighten up before allowing the imposing gelding to open up into top gear and explode down straight to take the race. Scotty is a huge 4yo who stands well over 17.2h and has an effortless stride that has captured the attention of many racegoers at his trial and first start. Scotty Be Gotti is by Home On The Grange out of Flaming Bullet and is raced by J Baker and K Callaughan.
