Ipswich Double for Alatora and Napayshini

Apr 04, 2017

Ex Victorian galloper Alatora was never in doubt when having his first race start for the stable, dominating the 800m Mdn and working to the line with plenty up his sleve. Jockey Dan Griffin seemed to think there were plenty more wins in store for the gelding. Later in the day saw another impressive win with stable heartbreaker Napayshini triumph over 1660m in the class3, making it two wins from his last three starts. Jumping from barrier 1, jockey Jim Byrne showed his experience when getting off the fence as soon as the opportunity presented , placing the gelding in a beautiful spot for an uninterrupted run down the outside..just the way he likes it. Another commendable performance from our third runner of the day, Le Courronement in running a nice second to what looks a smart galloper in Miss Chattering.
